Master Recycler/Composter Program

A community education and outreach program DEDICATED TO INSPIRING OTHERS TO REDUCE WASTE, RECYCLE, and COMPOST.

The Carver-Scott MRC program offers one course in the fall or each year.  Classes rotate between locations in Carver and Scott Counties.  Participants receive training on waste reduction and outreach techniques. In return, graduates commit to 30 hours of community education and outreach. The participant fee is $30 dollars per person.

Master Recycler/Composters volunteer at local events and through individual projects. Master Recycler/Composters will also receive on going training to further knowledge in the waste industry.

This program is brought to you by Carver County and Scott County.
